Grungy Monday #14


Grungy Monday at Linda's Studio L3 and All Things Tim, using Tim Holtz technique from 2008. I whipped out my white dabber, distress inks, perfect pearls and misters and started my concoction. I used fired brick and was surprised when it turned out kindof brownish, so I went back in with some ink on top of the spray. I used the dress form stamps and sizzix die, which I love. I keep coming back to the jalopy and dress form. I styled a dress on the mannequin, it's a runway design 'in process'. Hope you enjoy it on this 4th of July!

    Great tag. I am always surprised how the colors actually are when they dry, vs what I expect. Your colors work so well together. Love the theme.

    Oh, this is AWESOME, Shelann!The colors are gorgeous and the patter on the dress form and spool give it even more character. The GM14 technique is perfect, too. The little pop of blue is such a great contrast.

    I love the rich colors in yout tag Shelann, the little bit of blue realy shines and the pattened papaer is a perfect choice.
