Metal altered with paint is just what it sounds like. Here I used a metal frame around the bird, and on the bottom of the tag I used a 'treasures' metal tag, both altered. Everything is blue, hum....not sure why I did that. I guess we all get the blues on occasion. You'll have to check out Tim Holtz's Compendium of Curiosities for the technique particulars. Also, check out Studio L3 and All Things Tim for a bunch of great examples.

CCC#30 Altered Metal with Paint
Metal altered with paint is just what it sounds like. Here I used a metal frame around the bird, and on the bottom of the tag I used a 'treasures' metal tag, both altered.
