Tattered roses abound. I've always admired these, the many times I've seen them and think they are just beautiful. For my entry from Tim Holtz CCC#3 at Linda's L3 Studio, sponsored by Inspiration Emporium, I made several roses out of rose and pink lightweight paper to compliment the little lost relative I separated from her photo mate for the glittered entry last week. I also had great fun making the background on the tag. I first stamped the foliage in shabby shutters then embossed it, then worked on some broken china and salty ocean on top. The edges of the tag are slightly embossed too, it's adds a nice detail. Then on top of it all I stamped the text in vintage photo. Enjoy.
Hi Shelann. I am fast becoming such a fan of your art! I love your choice of colors. Your last challenge glittered winged girl tag was so sweet. This faux tea roses challenge tag is also a beautiful piece. I LOVE teal...so that immediately caught my eye! But your background is so gorgeous and those pink roses ... wow! They are so sweet! Your use of Tim's Found Relatives and Ornate Plate is a neat combination, too. Love it all! Thanks for joining us at CC3C. <3 Candy
